11 stands with sea view

All 11 stands have excellent sea views and are in close proximatey to the Umkomaas Golf Course.

There is a house consisting of 4 units:
2 x ground floor units each having 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
2 x first floor units each having 2 bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom, balcony, loft bedroom, 2nd bathroom and roof patio.
There is a storeroom,laundry room, maidsroom and underccover parking for 6 cars and open parking for 6 cars.
All furniture is included in the deal.
All the stands are fully serviced (electricity,water and sewage).

Ideally situated in Umkamaas in front of Aliwal Shoal, ranked in many peoples top 10 dive sites of the world. Aliwal Shoal is essentially a fossilised dune that was been ungulfed by a rising sea over thousands of years.The previously weatered calcium carbonate rock means the reef has intricate structures consisting of many crevices, gullies and caves.
